Step 1: Introduction

Get in touch and arrange a free consultation visit by us to see your property and discuss your requirements.
During this meeting, we will carefully explain all the services we can provide you with.

Step 2: Design Feasibility

We will conduct a measured survey of your property to allow us to create the existing plans, elevations and sections, to provide accurate drawings to develop and finalise your design drawings.

Stage 3: Planning

Following the completion of the final design, we will lodge a Planning Application to the local authority based on our proposals.
We will then liaise with the Planning Department during the planning process.

Stage 4: Building Warrant

We will produce detailed drawings showing the construction of the works and submit them for Building Warrant approval. This will demonstrate compliance with the Building Regulation Standards, a legal requirement before works commence on site.

Stage 5: Pre-construction

We will arrange contractor tenders to provide costs for carrying out the works. Detailed drawings and specifications will ensure contractors are pricing on the same information.

Stage 6: On-site

We can monitor the works through the construction stage and regularly meet with the contractor to review costs and construction quality.

Stage 7: Snagging

We will inspect the works and provide an itemised list of any works that need further attention or rectification by the contractor.

We take a flexible view of what you may require from the above stages, and whilst we recommend all the above steps, we are mindful that you may wish to tailor our services to suit your requirements. These can be taken on a mix and max basis.
